Hello every and anyone thinking you might want to come challenge yourselves with this H.I.I.T. form of training. It is always easier to train at higher intensities with a group! Not to mention, much more fun.
Please feel free to call me if you have questions or concerns. All fitness levels are welcome.
If you do not have a stationary trainer or do not want to “shelp” yours to the gym, you can use the other cardio machines (treadmills, spin bike, step mill, etc.).
